Wired Magazine published an article just yesterday about MIT-JPAL (Poverty Action Lab) and the kind of work that they’re doing with their randomized impact evaluations. Michael Kremer is currently the Bill Gates Professor of Developing Societies at Harvard. (He was the PhD advisor of my economic development professor! His work on advanced market commitments is absolutely fascinating.) Anyways, this is a bit of my heart and what I love, and the element that I hope to be swimming in. Cheers!
